EFB-Elektronik is committed to early identification and fulfilment of customer requirements in terms of quality, service and environmental aspects.

Not only optimal production processes and well trained employees ensure quality of the highest standard, but also certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 (certificates).

Added to this is 100% quality assurance through product testing and inspection in compliance with all relevant standards as well as careful material selection according to RohS regulations.

Quality Assurance

Guaranteed consistent product quality

At EFB-Elektronik, current DIN, VDE, UL/CSA and MIL quality standards are constantly maintained and monitored.

This is supported by mechanical and electronic testing techniques. These tests and inspections are not only performed at the end of the production process, but already on receipt of supplied and primary products.

For documentation of our high standards of quality, individual test certificates can be provided on request.

Manufacturing

QA in production

100% testing using different test systems as well as an uncomparable PC quick change system for all commercially available connectors, ensure the highest level of quality in all areas:

Computer tests for copper cable assemblies
Interferometers, microscopes and decremeters
for fibre optics
W424 high-voltage tester for assemblies

This standard test procedure is divided into four test stages:

Open test
testing of existing nominal connections
Short test
testing for short circuits
Component test
testing of resistors, diodes and capacitors
High-voltage test up to 1000V
WEE electrical test via W424 high-voltage tester

Preliminary Products

QA for primary and supplied products

All purchased third-party and primary products from our own production must undergo three test and inspection phases up to the end of production:

Initial inspection
Takes place at all suppliers locally by our own external employees
Incoming goods inspection
Permanent spot checks according to standards and data sheets, e.g. for harmful substances (RohS)(RohS)
Final inspection
100% tests based on various measurement and test methods
